Clients gain immense value when they join our incubator kitchen program. It’s especially rewarding to witness the growth of clients who initially had limited experience in a commercial kitchen setting.”

She adds, “Through comprehensive kitchen equipment training, hands-on food tastings, one-on-one coaching, and learning larger batch cooking techniques, clients develop the skills and confidence needed to execute production at a higher level. The program also enhances overall efficiency, helping clients streamline their processes.”

21 Acres is home to our Incubator Kitchen program, where entrepreneurs can utilize the industrial kitchen, get customized training, and work with Chef Janel, Business Impact NW’s food business expert. 21 Acres is a leader in sustainable and regenerative practices, serving as an agroecological education center and living laboratory for people who want to learn about solutions to climate change.
