Janel serves as the Incubator Kitchen Manager at Business Impact NW. She provides guidance and support to incubator kitchen clients by supporting them with production and operational processes. She focuses on introducing small business owners to a commercial kitchen space and basic equipment training paired with information needed from Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) and King County Health to support their business. With her background in the restaurant industry as a chef, and managing food service operations, she has been an integral part of the success of the Business Impact NW incubator kitchen program.
