Blanca Rios is a dedicated Business Advisor with the Idaho Women’s Business Center, where she supports entrepreneurs through personalized guidance and practical tools for success. She brings a strong background in early childhood systems, community outreach, and business development. With years of experience working with various communities, Blanca is passionate about helping others grow and thrive. She holds an associate degree in Business and is pursuing her bachelor’s in Business Administration at Boise State University. Blanca has also served in leadership roles, including as a Policy Council representative for Head Start, and is committed to advancing opportunity for families across Idaho.
