Dr. Chris Goings-Armstrong is the Program Director for the Northwest Veterans Business Outreach Center (NW VBOC) in Washington at Business Impact NW. He oversees program budgeting, ensures compliance with SBA reporting requirements, and facilitates entrepreneur training programs. He provides business consulting, mentorship, and access to funding and market opportunities while leveraging public and private sector resources. He also builds partnerships with organizations like SBA Regional Offices, SCORE, Women’s Business Centers, Small Business Development Centers, and the Oregon MBDA Development Center to expand resources for military-connected entrepreneurs.
